Terms and Conditions:

​

 In regards to illustrations and items: Commissions are available for digital and item based when artist is able. The prices vary on what size of print or item. Shipping of an item varies as well- depending on both method used and location.

However, if a work is requested of a non-listed item, that will be an additional charge. This includes displays. (up to $50.00)

- Gloss (Specialty) Photo Paper

​

-16oz Tumbler: (Plain White Base)

​

-20oz Tumbler: (Plain White Base and Glitter Silver)

Shipping:

​

-Only the following are used:  FedEx and USPS. There will be NO P.O Boxes allowed! However, if it is a FedEx locker or other means, an exception may be granted. Rates depend on location, size and weight of items.

FedEx: Will always come with a tracking and be the fastest and safest delivery. I am not responsible for any delays, lost items or damages from mishandling on their end. 

​

USPS: Will receive tracking if available. Rates will vary due to how they are. I am not responsible for any delays, lost items or damages from mishandling on their end.

FANART IS DIGITAL ONLY! Only approved works allowed.. Donations are awarded.

When Purchasing Be Aware:

​

-Upon purchasing, the customer agrees to the given estimated completion frame. Of course, firstly- the buyer beforehand, must ask if the artist is available!

​

​

-Herby agrees (the requestee/customer) that all creative rights belong to the artist and may not claim the art as own. If providing art or images to the artist: agrees that they have permission to use any and all images given to the artist as a reference for work. This means: Do not give the artist copyright work for a commission without permission! The requestee/customer is solely responsible for this, not the artist. Must obtain proof of use.

PAYMENTS & PROCESS: -A down-payment is required on all commission work. This is non-refundable. This goes towards supplies and any shipment fees that could occur, Only Paypal, Venmo and major certified cards allowed. 

​

-The art requested will be given as multiple previews in various stages towards completion, if needed.

​

 

-The customer/requestee must be fair and nice. Any violations of this and terms will result into termination of commission.
