Terms and Conditions:

​

 In regards to illustrations and items: Commissions are available for digital and item based when artist is able. The prices vary on what size of print or item. Shipping of an item varies as well- depending on both method used and location.

However, if a work is requested of a non-listed item, that will be an additional charge. This includes displays. (up to $50.00)

The following materials for illustration prints are:

- Matte Paper (Poster Or Smaller)

 

- Gloss (Specialty) Photo Paper 

 

- Card Stock Paper

​

-16oz Tumbler: (Plain White Base)

​

-20oz Tumbler: (Plain White Base and Glitter Silver)

-12oz Mug (White)

​

-15oz Mug (White)

​

-Canvas bag (Beige & Black)

-Circle coaster (White)

​

Shipping:

​

-Only the following are used:  FedEx and USPS. There will be NO P.O Boxes allowed! However, if it is a FedEx locker or other means, an exception may be granted. Rates depend on location, size and weight of items.

FedEx will always come with a tracking and be the fastest and safest delivery. I am not responsible for any delays, lost items or damages from mishandling on their end. 

​

USPS will receive tracking if available. Rates will vary due to how they are. I am not responsible for any delays, lost items or damages from mishandling on their end.

When Purchasing Be Aware:

​

-Upon purchasing, the customer agrees to the given estimated completion frame. Of course, firstly- the buyer beforehand, must ask if the artist is available!

-Herby agrees (the requestee/customer) that all creative rights belong to the artist and may not claim the art as own. Also agrees that they have permission to use any and all images given to the artist as a reference for work. This means: Do not give the artist copyright work for a commission without permission! The requestee/customer is solely responsible for this, not the artist. Must obtain proof of use.

-To various requests, a down-payment of $10.00 will be made before starting. This is not refundable. This goes towards supplies and any shipment fees that could occur, Also, only Paypal and major certified cards allowed. NO CashApp or other means. Those will be rejected.

​

-The art requested will be given as multiple previews in various stages towards completion, if needed.

​

 

-The customer/requestee must be fair and nice. Any violations of this and terms will result into termination of works.
